Victor Veliadis is CEO of PowerAmerica, a member-driven Manufacturing USA Institute of industry, universities, and national labs accelerating the commercialization of SiC and GAN power semiconductor chips and electronics. He is an ECE Professor at NC State University, and an IEEE Fellow and EDS Distinguished Lecturer.Prior to joining Power America in 2016, Victor spent 21 years post-PhD in the semiconductor industry where his work included design, fabrication, and testing of 1-12 kV SiC devices and circuits, GaN devices for military radar amplifiers, as well as financial and operational management of a commercial semiconductor fab.
